5. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HANDLOOM AND KHADI

Handloom refers to the traditional weaving process where fabrics are woven on hand-operated looms, ensuring unique textures and craftsmanship. Khadi, on the other hand, is a type of handwoven fabric made from natural fibres like cotton, silk, or wool, and is specifically associated with India's independence movement. While all khadi is handloom, not all handloom fabrics are khadi.

SHOPPING AND ORDERS

1. HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and a unique reference number. If you do not receive this confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may be available for faster delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

3. SHOULD I HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ON SUEE?

No, you do not need an account to shop on Suee. You can make purchases as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive offers. If you choose to create an account, you can enjoy a more personalised shopping experience.

4. CAN I ORDER PRODUCT HAT IS OUT OF STOCK OR TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE?

If a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, it will not be listed for purchase on our website. However, you can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when it becomes available again. SHIPPING

1. CAN I SHIP DIFFERENT ITEMS N MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT HIPPING ADDRESSES?

Currently, we can only ship all items in a single order to one shipping address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team for help with your order.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. During checkout, you can select your country to view shipping options and rates. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN

1. I AM HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ON MY ORDER. CAN I GET A REFUND?

We offer free 14-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges. Refunds are swiftly processed within 24 hours upon pickup of the return order. For prepaid returns, the refund is directed back to the original payment source, with the credited amount typically appearing within 5-7 working days from pickup. For COD returns, the refund is credited to your chosen mode of payment (you can fill this in when placing the return request) within 5-7 working days from pickup.

2. ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OREXCHANGED?

When purchasing, check the product's service policy. Any item marked as 'No return/exchange available' can only be returned or exchanged if a wrong or defective item is received.
